am diebetic for 4yrs now and the docter find out i have bloodpressure and am suffering on my back and myleft side hips is very painfull especialy on my periods i get heavy bleeding the docter said i also have kidney problem will this affect my life coz i have 4 lovely kids and am a lone parent since i here this i dont get enough sleep am thinking of my kids if am gonna die please advice me what diet shall i use to help me
