Well, I hate to state the obvious, but for starters, increase water consumption. Also, have you noticed that some foods tend to ‘move things along’ a little quicker than others? How about corn (especially when it’s in season), or kiwi? I bet there’s lots of stuff out there…those are just a couple that I’ve noticed.
