It occurred to me that, earlier, I was telling someone on a naturopathic medicine network to “pop pills.”” Vitamin A: carrots, mangos. C: amala C (or indian gooseberry ). E: sunflower seed, fish. B12:meats, fish, some breakfast cereal. Curcumin in yellow curry is supposed to be good too (when I can tolerate it). That’s the trick…when I can tolerate it. From what I’ve read about holistic/naturopathic thinking is make the body healthy first, then go from there–treat the symptoms that remain. Often I can fulfill these dietary needs naturally, but sometimes my body cannot handle the food itself.
