I heard the same from one of my former classmate. It’s not unusual for a third or more of a class at Bastyr to withdraw or transfer. But over thirty students leaving before first quarter final exams IS pretty extreme! Most of these “improprieties”” are due to a single faculty member, the instructor for Anatomy. That being said, Bastyr has had trouble attracting and retaining qualified faculty and administration for years.
