Hi Lisa I just started taking 5hpt on June 11, 2004. The reason I am did because I read the book called the Mood Cure and I would recommend that you buy this book and judge for self.
I was on effexor for over 4 years and I glad I got off this drug. It did help me but it had to many side effects. This 5hpt is working great and it works in one or two days. I am so over joyed with the results so far as is my wife.
