I gaine 20lbs in 3 yrs. I have been off it for 1 month now and lost 10 lbs so far- going to the gym seems to actually do something now. I began to lose the weight -about 1.5 lbs a week when my tapering started and my 5day a week 1-2hr workouts started. I think the metabolism needs a little kick to get going again, just my $0.02
