hi joy, not too bad on withdrawals now. was trying to do it too quickly. someone emailed a way to do it and i am now on week 2 of trying their way. so far, so good. i am on the effexor xr which is the time release “dots”” and on week one i took out 7 of the dots each day for 7 days, now week 2 I am taking out 14 dots each day for 7 days and week 3 I will take out 21 dots each day for 7 days etc. I don’t feel that great but it’s not as bad as is was before. I hope to get off of it really soon. the weight gain pisses me off! write me at my regular email address is you wish.
