The only things that help me are: To take high potency full spectrum vitamin B supplement everyday…not just when i feel one coming or have one already…all the time!

Also, use toothpaste that is sodium lauryl sulfate FREE…rembrant makes one and also you can go to canker sores.com and they have a whole kit of products without artifical stuff in them and are of course SLS free. Kit includes a “liquid bandaid”” that really helps them heal and stops pain.
