Wow, thats alot to go through! I really honestly don’t recommend Effexor as it made me feel like less of a person. Whenever I missed doses I would get suicidal. Have you talked to anyone? Sometimes seeing a ‘shrink’ definately helps alot. I have been antidepressant free for 2 years after being on them for 4 years. I had a new baby and my hub left me for another back then but I tell you………nothing is worth suicide, NOTHING! There are help groups that can really make a difference but personally I think pills are a temporary pacifier. Stay off Effexor, did the Zoloft not help you? How long were you on it? Email me anytime!
