Kelley was the reply above your message. She says see a doctor. Unfortunately it is the only way to start to ease your worry. You have had it 3 years from what you say, I doubt very much it is anything sinister. Your worrying is probably causing you more harm. I have been there with the lumps, mine turned out to be slightly enlarged lymph nodes fighting of a skin infection, lasted about three weeks. I went to two doctors three times in all before I was convinced. I now only feel with the palm of my hand instead of probing with my fingers, doing so can make it worse! All the best.
