For years I have noticed that in the winter time I felt a lot more tired, depressed, slugish, and I even tended to over eat a little. When I talked about this problem with my doctor, I was told about Seasonal Affective Disorder and how there are actually about 35 million Americans who suffer from this.

He said one of the best way to treat Seasonal Affective Disorder was to use light therapy. He gave me the names of some companies that made these lights, and told me to try on out and see. I contacted Apollo Light Systems from Utah, and they were very informative about their light therapy products, and gave me a lot of information on Seasonal Affective Disorder.

They told me that 95% of those who t ry their lights respond in only four days of use, and offered a 60 day money back trial. I figured that it would be worth a try, after all, it was risk free.

The results where a miracle. In three days, I could sleep, and I had loads of energy. I feel just as good now in the winter as I do in the summer. I have reccomended this to everyone that I know. I am a strongly believe in light therapy now, and would tell anyone who suffers from seasonal affective disorder to try one of these light.
