I had my paraguard put in June of 08 and around the middle of July, that is when I noticed I was dropping hair like crazy. I called the doctor and they stated that is not one of the side affect. So I went to my pcp and had blood work done for the thyroid and everything else under the sun. I am helthy according to the results. I demanded the doctor take it out on Aug 11th. I have lost at least 1/2 of my hair. I will let you know any updates, I am curious what happens from here. I also called the paraguard company and they stated that this is not a known side affect. WOW, they what is happening to me!!!
