Dear Jeannette,

It sure sounds like a nerve issue, possibly involving the base of the brain. Did the neurologist order a complete MRI, and was the brain base completely clear? At this point, since symptoms have switched sides, does your chiropractor do myofascial release over the insertion points for the facial nerves? Looking for information on Bell\'s Palsy (which this doesn\'t sound like, but which will give you more suggestions on how to deal with nerve loss)might be a good idea.

I hope this helps. Christopher Maloney, Naturopathic Doctor Augusta, Maine www.maloneymedical.com Individualized research available for a fee. Informational only, I cannot treat or diagnose via the web.
