I am trying to document my diet and it is starting to work. Check out:
it looks like it is internal and individual. Don’t put any more steroids on your body. I have it bad on my hands and shins, for me (it seems) it is sugar (refined, inc. alcohol). My body doesn’t like it. I also tried homeopathic sulphur, worked for a while (while I was taking it) good news if you need to make it go away for a trip, event, etc… good luck
