Just decided to get off of Effexor to “cleanse”” my body before trying to get pregnant. I was only on 37.5 mg, once a day. For one week I took half of the 37.5 mg. It has been two days off completely. The week of taking half, terrible nightmares!! Only benadryl has helped me get tired enough that I can sleep. I feel like my head is heavy, I can’t walk straight, so so dizzy. Is there anything that can help me through this??? Please help!!
